Cookie Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how Vested Gifts ("Vested") uses cookies and similar technologies on vestedgifts.com (the "Services"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDKs. Together, we call these "Cookies" in this notice.
2. Categories We Use
We use a small, deliberate set of Cookies and group them into the categories below.
2.1 Strictly Necessary (always on)
Required for the Services to function. These cannot be disabled.

2.3 Analytics
We use first-party analytics for general product usage. It stops when you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Advertising measurement is described separately below.
On the Baby Shareholder Club pages, we measure how visitors move through signup (viewing the page, starting the form, signing up, whether the journey question was answered, skipped or not shown, and tapping share) with Mixpanel, our analytics provider. A random visitor ID kept in your browser's local storage lines these steps up, and we include the ad campaign labels from the link you arrived on. We never send your name, email or journey answer to Mixpanel. This is on by default. When you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, nothing is sent, nothing new is stored, and any club ID already stored is deleted the next time a club page loads.

2.4 Advertising
On the Baby Shareholder Club page, Meta advertising measurement is on by default: after you submit the signup form, Meta Pixel and related server-side measurement may receive limited identifiers, device and network information, and signup and ad-attribution information to help us measure and improve ads. Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies, and Meta may combine this information with information it receives from other businesses as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. On our early-access pages, this measurement stays off unless you separately opt in.
Advertising consent is separate from marketing-email consent. To opt out, use GPC, adjust your Meta ad preferences, use an industry opt-out such as YourAdChoices, or email support@vestedgifts.com and we will stop sharing your information with Meta for advertising measurement.
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of any "sale" or "share" of personal information under U.S. state privacy laws and disable advertising measurement for that visit.
4. Do Not Track
Browsers may transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry standard, and we do not respond to it. We do honor GPC (see Section 3).
5. Managing Cookies
You can manage Cookies through your browser settings, browser-level GPC, the advertising-consent choice on our early-access pages, Meta ad preferences, and the industry opt-out links above.
Disabling strictly necessary Cookies will prevent the Services from working correctly.
6. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Effective Date" reflects the current version.
